Skipped breakfast today.

Lunch was a huge bowl of spinach leaves with chili with extra beans on top.

Weight this morning:  257.2 lbs Looks like I dropped a bunch of water weight gained from Saturday.  Another 1.6 to go to get back to Saturday am weight.

Well, started the day off with a little shock.  After the little gain yesterday morning, and then eating pretty darned good yesterday, I was up a little more to 260.

Breakfast – 3 whole eggs and 1 egg white mixed with black beans and 1 tablespoon of chunky salsa.

Lunch – bowl of spinach leaves with tuna and a tiny bit of mayo.

Dinner – Bowl of spinach leaves, shredded chicken on top with cut green beans.

Today was a scary day after weigh in – 258.6

Yesterday before free eating I was at 255.6, 3 pounds less.  I hope it comes off quick!

Breakfast today – 3 whole eggs and 1 egg white scrambled with broccoli and bacon.  Refried beans on the side.

Dinner.  Dinner was great.  :)

I started by chopping half of an onion and started to cook it in some EVO.  Just before they were done, I added some chopped broccoli and then 2 tablespoon of medium chunky salsa.  After that warmed, I mixed in 4 eggs after I mixed them in a cup.  I mixed it all until the eggs were firm and then dumped it on my plate next to a serving of black beans.  Very, very good.

A mix of odd stuff today.

1/4 Pounder meal at McD’s.

Some boneless buffalo chicken wings.

Some Girl Scout cookies.

A little ice cream.

Much regular pop.

I started downing plain water towards the end of the evening.

Weight:  255.6 – - 18.4 lbs loss since January 31st.  Nice.

Massive snow and ice last nice, so I didn’t get to the store.  I was out of eggs and spinach this morning.  I was unable to get breakfast at the cafeteria downstairs when I arrived at work, so I have not had anything to eat yet for the day. Luckily I am not hungry so I won’t raid the machines.

Cafeteria staff was not prepared today because of the snow.  The salad bar was not stocked at all.  I ended up buying a burger and a bowl of chili.  I threw away the burger bun and dumped the chili on top of the rest of the burger and ate it up.

For dinner, I shredded some chicken breast that was left over from last night, steamed some veggies, and also had some re-fried beans.

I’ve decided that it is easier if I just log all of my meals each day in one post.  As the day goes, I’ll just modify the post to add the additional information.

Breakfast – Egg scramble – 3 whole eggs, 1 egg white, some bacon bits.

Lunch – Giant bowl of spinach leaves.  Lean ground beef and beans.  A cup of cut green beans.  Yum.

Weight:  256 lbs

Started the day off great with an egg scramble and some meat and beans.

For lunch, I had a large bowl of spinach leaves with home made chili and also some cut green beans.

Dinner was chicken breast with black beans.

Weight: 257.2

Today is a furlough day, so another day off.  It is hard to eat all meals on days like this – I’m not getting hungry.

Breakfast was an egg scramble with 3 whole eggs, 1 egg white, and some bacon.

Lunch Spinach and home made chili again.

Weight this morning:  257 lbs!

Hmm.. I seemed to have not posted meals on Sunday.  Looking back to yesterday the 21st, I’m not all sure of what I ate other than eggs, and then for dinner I had spinach leaves piled with home made chili with ground beef and lots of kidney and pinto beans.

Weight in the morning:  259.2 lbs

No eggs in the house so I had chili and broccoli for late breakfast.

Weight: 260 lbs
