Well, started the day off with a little shock. After the little gain yesterday morning, and then eating pretty darned good yesterday, I was up a little more to 260.
Breakfast – 3 whole eggs and 1 egg white mixed with black beans and 1 tablespoon of chunky salsa.
Lunch – bowl of spinach leaves with tuna and a tiny bit of mayo.
Dinner – Bowl of spinach leaves, shredded chicken on top with cut green beans.

Skipped breakfast today.
Lunch was a huge bowl of spinach leaves with chili with extra beans on top.
Weight this morning: 257.2 lbs Looks like I dropped a bunch of water weight gained from Saturday. Another 1.6 to go to get back to Saturday am weight.
